Elemental Alchemy is a seven-day journey of transformation at Xinalani, an ocean-access sanctuary in the wilds of Quimixto. By aligning your internal rhythm with the warmth of the jungle and the salt of the sea, you create space for a deep physical and energetic shift. Together, we use the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—as a map for movement and meditation, moving away from daily noise and toward a more resonant, natural clarity.

This retreat serves as a high-level recalibration for those managing significant responsibilities. Our curriculum integrates Vinyasa, Aerial yoga, and Somatic flow to build physical vitality, balanced by Yin and Restorative yoga for deep internal release.

Practicing in open-air studios overlooking the sea, you will focus on sensory awakening and guided nervous system regulation. Whether engaging in a spirited flow or resting on the beach, the result is a sustainable internal architecture and a refined sense of presence to carry back to your daily life.

Big Palapa

With much more space, these female-only rooms are dorm-style with wonderful, high up ocean and jungle views. They’re nestled atop the mountain where the air flow is enriching and cleansing. For nomads, yogis, and spiritual seekers this is the best option for budget-savvy travelers alike. Includes two beautiful bathrooms, open-air showers, night stands, and drawer organizer under the bed.

All payments & deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other expenses associated with preparing for your trip.

Our retreats are a supportive and respectful space for all. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who does not demonstrate a commitment to these values.

We’re Sam, Nicole, & Cecily, and we’ve devoted our lives to mindfully educating students and clients on the lineages of yoga, rest, meditation, and energetic presence.

We can’t wait to meet you!

  • A seasoned yogi with a passion for nurturing souls, Sam has over a decade’s experience in the yoga industry. An E-RYT® 500 and YACEP®, she has studied with renowned teachers like Leslie Kaminoff, Jill Miller, and Kino MacGregor. However, she holds a special place for her primary teacher and mentor, Judith Hanson Lasater. Sam is perpetually seeking growth and loves sharing the joy of learning, having created and led numerous retreats and yoga teacher trainings. With her background in relaxing and introspective Yoga lineages, Sam teaches from a place of deep empathy. She believes the greatest gift is the space to truly unwind and reconnect with one's inner light. This retreat will immerse you in Sam’s masterful blend of Restorative Yoga, myofascial release, and nervous system regulation.

  • Yin & Reiki magic flow through Nicole’s transformative teachings. A highly qualified RYT® 500 with 1000+ hours of training, she empowers others to find joy and purpose through yoga and Reiki. A former college professor, Nicole now guides individuals towards purposeful living and inner peace through mindfulness practices. She credits her mentors and teachers, including Joe Barnett, senior student of Yin founder Paul Grilley. Nicole is the Lead Assistant in Joe Barnett's Yin Yoga Level trainings and has created her own extensive Yin Yoga training program for future teachers. She is grateful to have trained with Restorative Yoga pioneer Judith-Hanson Lasater in both Restorative Yoga and Non-Violent Communication. Her Reiki lineage runs deep and includes master teachers such as Diane Stiene. Join Nicole on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and cherished balance and calm in this restful sanctuary.

  • Cecily has been guiding others through yoga since 2016, drawn to the way it weaves mind, body, and breath into something beautifully present. She believes in its quiet magic—the ability to soften time and cultivate a deeply mindful life. In 2022, she opened her San Clemente studio, a warm sanctuary for authenticity, growth, and connection. From vinyasa to aerial, essential oils to immersive trainings, Cecily curates experiences that invite exploration. Having hosted over eight wellness retreats—from California’s high desert to Costa Rica—she continues to create spaces where people can expand, connect, and come home to themselves.
